With 28 years of staffing industry experience, Marshall Salsbury manages the firm he founded in 1986. A Certified Public Accountant, Marshall started his career in public accounting, working for a mid-sized CPA firm for three years. He then served as Assistant Controller at a publicly-held high-tech satellite company for three years. The following four years were spent at a national staffing service, where he assumed a management position in its Baltimore office.
Marshall is recognized for his in-depth knowledge of employment issues and has been called upon as a corporate consultant and an expert witness in legal cases. He is very active in the community, having served in a host of positions, including President of a prominent non-profit institution.
